He was a judge at the trial, and on 27 July 2023 he issued a ruling: to grant the investigator’s request regarding the arrest and impose a measure of restraint in the form of detention in custody for 3 months in respect of Elkhan Aliyev.
On December 1, 2020 he recognized Muhammad Imanly guilty and sentenced Muhammad Imanly to 1 year in prison.
On May 30, 2018 he recognized Elmin Hamzayev guilty and sentenced him to 25 days of administrative arrest.
