Safarov Huseyn Akif oglu
He was a judge at the trial, and on 21 September 2023 he found Nurlan Qahramanly guilty of committing an administrative offense and sentenced him to 30 days of administrative detention.
He was judge and on 21 February 2023, found Afiaddin Mamedov guilty of committing an administrative offense and sentenced him to 30 days of administrative detention.
On January 13, 2022 he sentenced Ali Aliyev to 5 months in prison .
On September 28, 2018 made the decision on application of restrictive measure towards Mamed Ibragim in form of imprisonment for the period of 2 months.
On December 18, 2017 he sentenced Giyas Ibrahimov to 6 months in prison and his father Hasan Ibrahimovto correctional work and to retention of 20% of his salary for the period of 1.5 year.
