Mikayilov Panah Hasan Oglu

 

On March 30, 2019 Baku City Sabunchi District Court found Bayram Mamedov guilty under Articles 535.1. ((insubordination to legal demands of police) of The Code of Administrative Violations of AR and sentenced him to 30 days of administrative arrest.

 

B. Mamedov was kept in Ministry of Internal Affairs Detention Facility by administrative order. Given facility is situated at Baku City Binagadi District. There, B. Mamedov was exposed to brutal beatings, tortures. In result of beatings, he lost his consciousness.
Sergeant of Baku City Binagadi District Police Department Panah Hasan Oglu Mikayilov tortured Bayram Mamedov in person.
