On February 27, 2020 he recognized Mammad  Ibrahim guilty and sentenced  him to  10 days of administrative arrest.

Applying the Article 70 of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan, the court rendered a decision to grant parole with a probationary period of 6 months. Azad Hasanov was released in the courtroom
